The school has a recommended school uniform. Uniform with the school logo is available at Steady School & Sportswear but any sweatshirt or polo shirt is acceptable if it is in the school colours.
Boys wear a royal blue sweatshirt and yellow polo shirt with grey trousers or shorts.
Girls wear a royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan with a grey skirt or grey trousers/shorts. We ask that tights, when worn, should be grey, navy or black and not brightly coloured or patterned. In the summer, girls may also wear a blue or yellow checked summer dress.
A plain white polo shirt is also acceptable for school uniform.
PE kit
Every child must have a PE kit. Plain white T shirt and black short. Trainers or sandshoes are also required. The children in KS2 also need suitable outdoor PE kit such as a jogging bottoms. Suitable outdoor footwear is essential.
Jewellery
The school has recently updated its policy on the wearing of jewellery. Children may wear a wristwatch and a single pair of stud earrings. All jewellery must be removed for PE.

If you have items of secondhand school uniform which are still in good condition and could benefit a younger student, we strongly encourage you to donate these to the RE:Uniform community group who redistribute these to families on behalf of our school who can make use of them.

Need an item of school uniform?
RE:Uniform also offer free, good quality items of uniform to anyone who requests (subject to availability), they currently have lots of SMC items in stock.

Please note:
- Requests will be filed and delivered to your doorstep.
- Don't worry if you don't hear from them for a few weeks...everything is sorted and picked by unpaid volunteers most Tuesdays.
If you are unable to get to a drop off point, please bring good quality items to recycle to the school office.
